Welsh Gov must fund Cerebral Palsy interventions

During questions to the Health Minister, Dr Altaf Hussain MS has called upon the Welsh Government to fully fund Cerebral Palsy Cymru's 'Better Start, Better Future' programme. It would cost just 0.005% of the health budget but deliver vast improvements to the lives of children with Cerebral Palsy.
