During First Minister's questions in the Senedd, Dr Hussain MS called for the Welsh Government to pause the Health & Social Care Bill which will ban private businesses running childrens care home. The majority of care providers are in private sector and many believe requiring the public / 3rd sectors to fill the gap in the next 18 months an impossible task.
