Dr Altaf Hussain MS has said the NHS in Wales lacks resilience during a statement on Winter pressures. Dr Hussain called for the accelerated roll-out of surgical and diagnostic hubs, the expansion of extra care housing as well as greater use of the pharmacist workforce.
