I've spoken often of ensuring balance between physical, social & mental health
Samaritans do wonderful work providing support services e.g. extending free help through their telephone national hotline via 116-123 as a wholly worthwhile charitable cause. I'm extending my strong support today to their #BrewMonday communications campaign, highlighting how good (and normal!) it is to talk, let's make more time that this can happen often over 2025!
