Earlier diagnosis needed for Brain Tumours

During Questions to the First Minister Dr Altaf Hussain MS highlighted the poor survival rates for those diagnosed with some forms of primary Brain Tumours. Dr Hussain drew the First Ministers attention to the Royal College of Radiologists report showing a 34% shortfall in clinical radiologists and a 12% shortfall in clinical oncologists. Dr Hussain challenged the First Minister to urgently address workforce issues.
